How it works
- 1
Tell us about the aircraft
Enter the N-number, make/model, serial, and who the report is for. We pre-fill what we can from the FAA registry.
- 2
Upload the logbooks
Drag in airframe, engine, and prop logbook PDFs, plus any AD or components spreadsheets. Tag each file by type.
- 3
See your price
We read the page counts and show your exact, locked price. Nothing is charged until you choose to continue.
- 4
Pay & receive
Secure checkout, then our pipeline reads every page, reconciles the findings, and builds your branded report — usually in 5–15 minutes. We email you when it's ready.
FAQ
How much will my report cost?
$74.99 covers the first 200 pages, plus $7.99 for each additional 50 pages. You see your exact price before you pay — page-count abandonment costs you nothing.
Who is this for?
Anyone who needs the full story in an aircraft's records: mechanics and shops onboarding a new customer's aircraft, owners double-checking historical AD compliance and what's coming due, and buyers or sellers preparing for a transaction.
Is this only for pre-purchase evaluations?
No. The pricing and market-comparables analysis is optional — turn it off and you get a pure maintenance-records evaluation, ideal for shop onboarding or an AD-compliance review of an aircraft you already own.
How does this compare to a physical pre-buy?
It doesn't replace one. It's a thorough records analysis that shows exactly where a hands-on inspection should focus before anyone lays hands on the aircraft.
What if some logbooks are missing?
If our analysis reveals missing logbooks, we flag it clearly in the report.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
We read every page with advanced vision models. Ambiguous or low-confidence pages are flagged for an IA to review before the report ships.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We stand behind a 100% Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're ever dissatisfied with the logbook review, reach us at support@airfoil.co and we'll resolve it quickly.
